You should already know about Lysterium.  It's a simple ore to mine, and the most basic of all.  There's an area west of here where you should be able to get it.  Go there and try to mine 10 Belkar stones.  

(Note: Dialog may have changed when the mission changed from Lysterium to Belkar)
